Description

Clavamox is a broad spectrum antibiotic, a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, that is commonly used for kidney infections, dental infections, and abscesses, among other infections in cats.  The liquid is off white in color and given via dropper or syringe.  Clavamox also comes in pill form if your cat takes pills easier.

Side effects include vomiting and diarrhea.  If side effects occur, the medication should be discontinued.
